Seeking LPNs to join our indispensable members of the Interdisciplinary team. Our LPNs are charged with managing the daily clinical regimen of each of our residents/patients. Their responsibilities include overseeing resident/patient care, including completing supportive documentation for the MDS, Skilled levels of care as well as the daily care status, care plans, immunization records, administration of medications and treatments, and oversight of nursing assistants. Our LPNs enjoy unique opportunity to gain extensive clinical experience and provide advanced care in a home-like setting.
Requirement: Current NYS License. CPR certification or ability to be certified. Participates in education conferences and in-services. Participates in orientation and continuing education. Updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise. Completes population specific competency annually on populations served as identified in scope of care and service.
