David H. Wallace Jr., AAHCA, Associate Nursing Home Administrator |

Mr. Wallace has been an employee of Heritage for 4 years moving from Director of Admissions to Associate Administrator. He has experience in nursing, community and public relations, and administration. Mr. Wallace is a graduate from University of Phoenix and holds a degree in Health Care Administration. |

James Deluca, LNHA, Chief Financial Officer |

Mr. Deluca is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and also a Certified Public Accountant. He has worked in the health care field for over 10 years with a strong background in nursing home financing. Mr. Deluca holds a Bachelors degree in Business Accounting. |

Debra Corsi-Dee RN, DON |

Mrs. Corsi– Dee has been a Registered Nurse for over 20 years. She has extensive experience in geriatric settings. Mrs. Corsi-Dee has strong clinical background and has been employed at Heritage for over 10 years. |

Mrs. Zielinski has been an employee at Heritage for over 5 years. She holds a Bachelors Degree and has extensive experience in Social Work. |

Renay Pohlevan, OTR, Director of Rehabilitation Services |

Mrs. Pohlevan is a graduate of Utica College of Syracuse University and is a Licensed Occupational Therapist. Mrs. Pohlevan has extensive experience in Senior Rehabilitation and has been employed as an OTR for over 10 years. |
